Shiprocket.
Shipping Partners
We ship all orders through trusted courier services via Shiprocket, ensuring safe and trackable delivery across India. Order Processing- Processing Time: All standard and customized orders are processed within 2-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the order.- Customized packaging (with logos, color codes, etc.) may take longer based on final approval and design readiness.- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship Pan-India through our logistics partners. International shipping is not available at the moment. Shipping Charges- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of the package. – For bulk or B2B orders, shipping rates may vary and will be communicated during order confirmation. Estimated Delivery Time- Metro cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch- Tier 2 & 3 cities or remote areas: 5-8 business days Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen logistic delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor the status of your delivery in real time. This link is provided by Shiprocket.
Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer- Natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or courier delays- Delays due to unavailability of recipients We will notify you promptly if any such delay is expected.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged:- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos and video proof.- We will coordinate with Shiprocket for investigation and resolve the issue through refunds or replacements, based on the findings.
