1. Customization & Order Confirmation
All customized orders are processed only after receiving full design approval from the client. Please double-check all inputs like logos, spelling, and color codes, as no changes can be made once production begins.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Each product has a defined MOQ, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of order or quotation. Orders below MOQ may not be accepted.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change depending on raw material cost, customization level, and order volume. A 50–100% advance is required to confirm the order. The balance (if applicable) must be paid before dispatch.
4. Timelines & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 7–15 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customization complexity and location. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content submitted by the client are assumed to be owned or legally used by them. We are not responsible for any copyright claims related to the content you provide.
6. Use of Information
Any information shared with SheEco (brand name, logo, address) will be used only for the purpose of packaging production and communication. We value your privacy.
Return & Refund Policy
1. No Returns on Customized Products
Since each order is made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized packaging unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
2. Returns on Standard Products (if any)
In case of non-customized items (if available), returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the item is damaged or incorrect. You must share clear photos and unboxing videos for proof.
3. Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with proper photo/video proof. We will assess and provide a replacement only if the issue is genuine and falls under our scope.
4. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in case of order cancellation before production begins or if we fail to deliver due to internal issues. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Cancellations
Orders once approved and in production cannot be canceled. Please reach out to us immediately if you wish to cancel before production begins.
